Our close relationships can often be a reflection of our thoughts and beliefs. Our brains prefer to avoid the effort of change so we typically continue to attract and be attracted to that which is familiar to us, irrespective of how uncomfortable that can make us feel. Hence why certain patterns and behaviors within relationships can continue on for a lifetime. Gaining deeper insight, self-awareness and understanding is vital to start the process of change. Obtaining the wider perspective that is often available in some of these services can help you to see the lessons available, as well as the changes that can be possible.

Services to Consider
  • Parts Therapy Often there can be a degree of inner conflict in our behavior within close relationships. We may want to act in one way but keep finding ourselves automatically acting another way instead. Parts therapy can be useful to understand what is driving any self-sabotaging behavior, in addition to creating a more aligned mindset, which can lead to healthier behaviors within relationships.

  • Past Life Regression Experiencing a past life regression which includes a healthy, loving relationship can be tremendously helpful if you are unfamiliar with what one of those looks and feels like. ‘Trying on’ a relationship in this immersive way, as if you were trying on a garment in a store, can be really helpful if you need support making the unfamiliar familiar.
