

FEAR OF DYING
Fear of dying is extremely common and makes perfect self. Why wouldn’t we be terrified at the thought of losing our sense of awareness and self? When extreme though, the fear can stop us from living. In an attempt to hold death back, we may avoid anything that might bring it closer, such as flights, trains or anything where we lack control. But by doing this, we stop living fully. And for those facing their own potentially more certain mortality, this fear can diminish the joy at a time for living at the fullest.

Interestingly, fear of dying can be one of the simplest and quickest fears to release. Many clients forget to mention it beforehand as a key fear, only noticing after it has disappeared, whilst working on something else. By essentially ‘practicing’ or ‘role-playing’ the experience of crossing over, the fear of the uncertainty around it can diminish considerably, if not clear completely.
