What is Future Life Progression?
Imagine if you could travel forward into time by 10 or 20 years, to see how your current path or life decisions will pan out. Or to see the outcomes of different current opportunities. To spot new options you hadn’t even imagined. Or to travel forward into your next life or incarnation, to see how your soul has grown. How might all of this help you to create positive, sustainable change and to bring it into your life much sooner?
Future Life Progression (FLP) or Future Visioning guides you to explore and try on different future scenarios, within a state of deeply relaxed inner focus. It can help you to make clear, more confident decisions, by bypassing unhelpful fears, procrastination or past negative associations. Imagining the future in a deliberate, focused and relaxed way, can show you choices you didn’t know were possible and can help you to fast track it into your life sooner.

Naturally, we often gain our most valuable insights during difficult periods. Although FLP can't prevent tough times, it serves as a useful tool to identify and avoid avoidable mistakes, as well as to recognise opportunities that may be hidden within challenges.
How does it work?
By using skilled facilitation and gentle guided visualization, FLP minimizes conscious interference and directs your higher or subconscious mind to focus on your chosen challenge. When you're in this calm, attentive, and curious state, you might discover new options and solutions that were previously obscured by fear, doubt or a busy mind. Change can happen much faster when you're inspired by what you see and feel. FLP enables you to quickly reach the most rewarding aspects of your future.
But how does FLP 'really' work?

Could it be possible that time really is non-linear as some physicists suggest and your consciousness is able to slip around your own timeline? Perhaps

Is there any credence to precognition and temporal distortion theories or the Block Universe theory which suggests that the past, present and future all exist at the same time? Maybe

Or is it that you have set an intention and trained your brain to seek out a specific familiar outcome automatically, with little conscious effort, in the same way that athletes train themselves to take that perfect familiar kick, swing, hit or movement in the right circumstances? Possibly

Or is it that a calm, guided, focused mind provides the perfect conditions for moments of insight to occur, not normally possible in busy everyday life? Perhaps

Or could it be a self-fulling wish or prophecy driven by a vivdly imagined intention? Maybe!

Or is that future advice and direction coming from your wiser, more insightful subconcious that is a vast data warehouse of life information but with few opportunities to transmit it to the conscious mind? Perhaps!
We simply don't have an answer. Much like past life regression, FLP remains unexplained for now. However, it's clear that our present mindset strongly influences the situations and results we experience both now and in the future. FLP can help most certainly help to shift that mindset to be more positive, optimistic, and proactive.
Client A for example had a challenging issue in her life. When progressed forward with her current mindset (of hopelessness and helplessness) she saw the situation ending badly. When progressed forward but to a more optimistic, alternative future, her whole energy changed. Advice, guidance and support from her future (successful) self gave her actions to undertake, options to try and the energy, optimism and hope, to keep reaching forward. She left the session highly motivated and positive. As Einstein said “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them ..”

What does a session involve?
Once your goals for the session are clarified, gentle hypnosis guides you into a state of calm and relaxation. Through skilled guidance and using a variety of techniques, you can then focus on exploring your specific concern. Anchoring methods help reinforce your desired outcomes, making them more deeply ingrained and increasing the likelihood of putting them into action. Most sessions are described as light and uplifting, leaving clients feeling refreshed, energised, and motivated to pursue change right away.
