RESOURCES

Free Guided Relaxations

These recordings can help you to become familiar with the sound of my voice and also to begin to train your mind to relax. This is recommended before your first session, especially if you are new to hypnosis, meditation or guided relaxation. Falling asleep or zoning out whilst you listen to them is a good sign as it shows your conscious mind is able to relax and let go. For this reason, you should only listen to them in a quiet, uninterrupted place where it is safe to completely relax.  DO NOT listen to them whilst driving, operating machinery or if you suffer from epilepsy or psychosis. If in any doubt, please consult your doctor first.

Sample Session Recordings

These recordings are short samples of specific types of sessions, to give you more of an idea as to the the type of content and experience that each session offers. In the visualisations, you'll only hear my instructions. In others, my clients have generously offered to share some of their experience with you. I've added a commentary to explain each one, if you want to know more about them.

For ease of listening they have all been edited tightly and sped up. In reality they have a much slower pace.

Guided Visualization: Presenting Fear Reduction

This is a great first session for anyone with social anxiety or a fear of public speaking. It guides you through a number of mentally rehearsed presentations, keeping your attention externally on your audience, whilst receiving suggestions of ease and relaxation whilst presenting.

Guided Visualization: Imposter Syndrome

This recording includes of a number of different visualisation techniques that can help to internalize a sense of success and build greater self-worth and self-belief. If this were a normal 1:1 session, the client would normally be describing out loud what they are experiencing.

Sample Past Life Regression WW2 Pilot
00:00 / 26:00
Commentary: Past Life Regression WW2 Pilot
00:00 / 19:02

Past Life Regression (WW2 Fighter Pilot - Death is just a moment ...

This generously shared past life regression is of a young British fighter pilot who dies in WW2, but not in the way that you might expect. His experience of wartime loss (possibly) causes him to take his own life. You get a real sense of the mental suffering that he faced with at such a young age. â€‹The session is a good example of a therapeutic past life regession, which uses techniques to release and reframe the unresolved emotions, rather than uncovering facts about the life. We also move forward into the client's current life to understand any possible impact to current relationships. Although personal details have been excluded, you still get a sense of possible links from the past bleeding through into this life. It's also a fascinating session with a normal guy who doesn't do woo-woo!

Parts Therapy

This is wonderful example, generously offered by a colleague who was happy for her own session to be shared. Although some details remain anonymous you will hear two distinct parts 'talking'. One is driving the issue or inner conflict and the other is a motivating or supportive part. Both want the very best for her, but in different ways and it's this inner conflict that's the cause of the issue. In the recording you'll hear the different voices of the two parts and one part giving an opinion about the other. You'll also clearly hear when I talk to my colleague and get her views about the parts. At the end you'll hear the conflicting part taking on a new role and becoming more fully integrated with the other parts and my colleague. You'll also get to hear how she experienced the session and its immediate impact. Some of the descriptions given are cryptic and this is normal. The subconscious operates on images and metaphors that may not be understood by others. Overall it's a fascinating listen!

Sample: Age/Womb Regression
00:00 / 22:23
Commentary: Age/Womb Regression
00:00 / 07:43

Age/Womb Regression

This is very generously shared age/womb regression from one of my lovely clients. Whilst womb regression is helpful for challanging childhoods, it can also support you with what is missing in your life. In this particular instance, you'll hear my client rediscover what was once so important to her and to reach important conclusions about normal current life challenges. It really is a wonderful session and although it's been tightly edited, I hope you can get a sense of what such a session is actually like (and to experience just a little bit of the love that she rediscovers too).
