RESOURCES
Free Guided Relaxations
These recordings can help you to become familiar with the sound of my voice and also to begin to train your mind to relax. This is recommended before your first session, especially if you are new to hypnosis, meditation or guided relaxation. Falling asleep or zoning out whilst you listen to them is a good sign as it shows your conscious mind is able to relax and let go. For this reason, you should only listen to them in a quiet, uninterrupted place where it is safe to completely relax. DO NOT listen to them whilst driving, operating machinery or if you suffer from epilepsy or psychosis. If in any doubt, please consult your doctor first.
Session Samples
These recordings are short samples of specific types of sessions, to give you an idea of the type of content and experiences. Please note that for ease of listening they have been sped up slightly. In reality they usually have a much slower and relaxed pace.

Guided Visualization: Presenting Fear Reduction
This is a great first session for anyone with social anxiety or a fear of public speaking. It guides you through a number of presentations, keeping your attention externally on your audience, whilst receiving suggestions of relaxation.
Guided Visualization: Imposter Syndrome: This is a recording of a variety of visualisation techniques that can help to internalize a sense of success and build greater self-worth and self-belief. In this instance the recording is taken from a couple of group workshops so there is no client interaction. In a 1:1 session, the client would normally be describing out loud what they are experiencing.
