Free guided relaxations 

These recordings can help you to become familiar with the sound of my voice and also to begin to train your mind to relax.

 

Listening to the BEFORE recordings several times before your first session is highly recommended, especially if you are new to hypnosis, meditation or guided relaxation. Falling asleep or zoning out whilst you listen to them is a good sign, as it shows your conscious mind is able to relax and let go. ​​

 

You should only listen to these recodings in a quiet, uninterrupted place where it is safe to completely relax.  DO NOT listen to them whilst driving, operating machinery or if you suffer from epilepsy or psychosis. If in any doubt, please consult your doctor first.
