ABUNDANCE & SECURITY

A sense of scarcity can have a significant impact not just on your life, but on your thinking and decision making too. Research has shown that feeling that you don’t have ‘enough’ can reduce your IQ and your ability to think, plan and decide, making it even harder to think yourself out of that situation. Creating a sense of abundance in your mind, even if it’s slightly artificial, can therefore be helpful to support the brain to think and plan better.

We know that it’s hard to attract elements into our lives which are unfamiliar to us. If you’ve never had abundance or security, it can be hard to imagine what it feels like to have it, so you may inadvertently reject or dismiss positive opportunities because they just don’t feel ‘right’ or familiar to you. Vividly imagining what abundance and security might feel like can therefore help to create that sense of familiarity, thus making it easier to recognize and welcome in.

Services to Consider
  • Hypnosis & Visualization Vividly imagining the future or altering your inner ‘settings’ for abundance can help make it seem more familiar and therefore achievable. Suggestions can be offered throughout a session, to help encourage a sense of having enough.

  • Parts Therapy For feelings of lack, there is often a fearful protective part of us that is more concerned with avoiding loss than in spotting opportunities for benefit. Becoming aware of this and giving that part a new ‘job’, such as spotting opportunities rather than avoiding them, can begin to release the sense of scarcity, in order to move towards abundance.

  • Current Life Regression Earlier life events may have left a sense of lack, scarcity or insecurity. Revisiting, re-experiencing and reframing them from the position of your current life self (who is probably in a very different situation in life now) can be helpful to release an unhelpful and probably incorrect mindset about resources now.

  • Past Life Regression Returning to the source of scarcity might take you to a past life which was one of hardship or wealth; whichever would be the most helpful for you to experience now. Quickly popping into a positive past of wealth and abundance, can also be helpful to just ‘try on’ the feeling of what it is like to have more than enough. Experiencing this sense of can make it more of a familiar experience in your life and one to be spotted and welcomed, rather than rejected or avoided.

  • Womb Regression / Between Lives Spiritual Regression Both of these can be interesting ways to explore your sense of abundance, resources, love and security etc. Determining how much of a sense of lack is yours, versus your mother’s, your ancestors’ or your early environment, can be insightful. People who have had a near death experience or a significant wake up call in life, often switch their attitude, from viewing abundance as purely financial, to associating it with love, simple pleasures, wisdom etc. Having a regression that takes you into the Between Lives space may increase your sense of abundance, but with a recognition that either you already have it or it can come from other sources other than money.
