What is agnostic therapeutic past life regression?

Therapeutic past life regression (PLR) uses light hypnotherapy to explore past life events which may be associated with current life symptoms, issues, phobias, unexplained pains, repeating life situations or behavioral patterns. Re-experiencing and then releasing these lives and events within the safety of a regression session, may help resolve current issues and can be immensely healingSomeone with unexplained recurring headaches may for example, find themselves regressed back to a past life where they had a traumatic head injury. Symptoms may improve when that past life event is identified, reviewed and released. Whether the past life is real or a figment of your imagination, is up to you to decide.

Many clients report beneficial improvements in wellbeing, perspective and general outlook on life. Past life regression is multi-dimensional. Healing one life/issue, often has positive knock-on benefits in other parts of your life too.

How does it work?

The truth of any memories that may come to your conscious awareness during a session is for you to decide. Are they real or your subconscious mind providing rich learning stories to help with your current challenges? We just don't know. That said, a past life experience does usually feel vivid and real. Regardless of your views, most people can and do experience a past life regression. They are relatively easy to access from within the space of a quiet, focused mind. Listening to the practice audio recordings in Resources beforehand can help train your conscious mind to relax, making a past life easier to access.

What does a session involve?

During the first session, we'll discuss your aims, followed by hypnotic relaxation and then a positive past life regression. You'll be gently guided into that past life, through its key moments and then just beyond the ending of that life. Relationships from that life are explored and key learnings are reviewed. The life is released, leaving no remaining unfinished business.

 

Typically we will seek a past life that is the source of your current life issues in your second past life session, unless you are already experienced in hypnosis or meditation, Please note that the mind goes where it needs to go in order to help you, so the experience you seek may be different from the experience your mind actually offers you.

Imagining along with the instructions given and being willing to accept and discuss images, feelings, sensations or gut knowings, are the key skills to successful past life regression. Everyone experiences their past lives in their own unique way, but if you u can visualize or get a sense in your mind of your own front door at home, then you can probably explore a past life.  As with all hypnotherapy, you cannot be made to do or say anything you don’t want to, you cannot get stuck in trance, you retain complete mental and physical control, you will probably remember everything that happens and a session is inherently safe and no more risky than a guided daydream. You will receive a recording of your session afterwards.

Sessions are available in-person in Clare, Suffolk, UK and virtually on Zoom, with availability to suit global time zones. Each session is unique and thus session lengths can vary. Please allow for a maximum of 2 hours.
