GRIEF, LOSS & HOPE

Although we typically associate grief and loss with the death of a loved one, it can also occur during moments of transition in life, such as the ending of a relationship, redundancy, menopause, kids leaving home or retirement etc. All of them result in a change or loss of identity. The old you is no longer, but you don’t yet know who the new you is. Finding a way to let go of, perhaps even celebrating the old you, can help with this transition, as can visualizing the new, more positive, more hopeful future.

Whilst grief from the loss of a loved one can take anywhere from 2-5 years until loss can begin to transform into nostalgia, there is no quick fix. These services may offer some support.

Services to Consider
  • Hypnosis & Visualization Depending on the type of loss, visualizing it ending in a different, perhaps more proactive way can be helpful. Visualizing the handing back of memories with love and gratitude can be a symbolic way of moving forward, as can visualizing how the future looks and feels.

  • Current Life Regression Having the opportunity to return back to a memory and better support yourself or others in that moment, with all the qualities and support you didn’t have back then, can be healing. Saying and doing all the things you didn’t get the chance to do back then may help bring some closure.

  • Unresolved Past Grief In a similar way to having a vivid daydream, this offering allows you to say all the things you never got to say to your loved one and to ‘receive’ their response. Whether real or simply a vividly imagined experience, it doesn’t matter. Simply having the opportunity to say what you want to say and to visualize them in front of you, can be a healing experience.

  • Past Life Regression To experience loss within someone else’s life story can be deeply cathartic. As you release someone else’s loss or grief, it may help to move or release some of your own at the same time.

  • Womb Regression / Between Lives Spiritual Regression Seeing your life from a higher perspective, as if looking at someone else’s life, can help you to see your life’s patterns, reasons, learnings or benefits in a way you can’t easily do whilst you’re swimming in the middle of it. Seeing life challenges as just challenges rather than punishments, can also help lighten any load that you are carrying.
