Future Lives

Suitable for: Anyone curious about the future and their own future. Age 18+

Workshop: This future life workshop takes you forward into a future life or incarnation, to experience a wiser, more evolved version of yourself. It could be your next life or one hundreds of years in the future. Depending on how far into the future you’ve travelled you’ll get a sense of what is happening in the world and how things have changed.

You’ll explore who you are and where and how you live. You’ll explore your role in that life and how it contributes to your sense of meaning and purpose. You’ll explore your future character traits and get a sense of how you have evolved.

Before leaving your future self, you’ll get to receive some of their energy, traits and wisdom, all of which can be brought back to help you in your present life.

The workshop begins and ends with nourishing meditations. 

Whilst 1:1 future life progression sessions are best to get to the specifics of visualizing your own future, this workshop is a gentle, easy and fun way to explore your future, alongside a small group of like-minded individuals.
