Family Tree Regression

Suitable for: Anyone curious about or wanting to connect more with, their own family history and ancestry. Age 18+

Workshop: Travel back in time within your inner mind to connect with your ancestors and to bring attention, focus and healing to anyone in your near or distant past. Sending and receiving restorative energy, love and healing to everyone who has come before you, can be a powerful grounding exercise, increasing your sense of belonging, rootedness and connection to the past. We will also move forward into the future to visualize the family to come, similarly increasing a sense of connection and meaning.

Ancestral, genealogical or family tree regression can sometimes bring people out of the woodwork. Don’t be surprised if a long-lost relative contacts you afterwards!
